WHERE DO I VOTE?
You have several options to choose from, advance voting by mail, advance voting in person, or voting at your polling place on election day.
ADVANCE VOTING BY MAIL:
Any registered voter may receive an advance ballot if they request one. You may complete the application form by clicking on the Advance Voting Form link below or you may call the Nemaha County Clerk's Office (785) 336-2170 to request an application form be mailed to you. Be sure to include your name, address, date of birth, where to mail the advance ballot, and your signature before returning the application to the Nemaha County Clerk's Office, 607 Nemaha, PO Box 186, Seneca, KS 66538. Applications for an advance ballot must be received at the Nemaha County Clerk's Office before 4:30 p.m. on the Friday prior to the election. An application form can only be used for one election, unless you have applied for permanent advance voting status.

IN PERSON ADVANCE VOTING:
In person advance voting will be conducted in the Nemaha County Clerk's Office approximately one week before election day until 12:00 noon the day before the election. Any registered voter may vote an in person advance ballot.
POLLING PLACE VOTING:
If you did not apply for an advance ballot or advance vote in person, you may vote at your polling place on election day. The Nemaha County polling places and the precincts they serve are listed below.
